How does BELITE work?

You answer a few questions about yourself and your race — who you are, what you're racing, and where. We take care of fetching the weather forecast and the course details when we can. Our AI, trained on peer-reviewed sports science, then generates a personalized race day plan covering pacing, nutrition, hydration, warm-up, gear, and logistics. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

Will the plan look like a robot wrote it?

Not at all. Our plans read like they were written by an experienced coach who knows your race inside out. The AI uses natural language, adapts its tone to your experience level, and includes specific, actionable advice — not generic templates.

Is there really no subscription?

Really. You buy credits and use them whenever you want. No recurring charges, no auto-renewal, no tricks. Your credits never expire.

What's the difference between Standard and Premium?

Both tiers are complete race day plans built on the same sports science — same category, different depth. Standard plans are powered by Claude Sonnet and cover all 13 core sections: pacing, nutrition, hydration, caffeine, warm-up, decision rules, pocket card, and more. If you upload a GPX file, Standard also identifies the hardest climb on your course and weaves it into your pacing and fuelling. Premium plans are powered by Claude Opus (our most capable AI) and add a dedicated Mental Race Strategy section, per-segment power and heart-rate targets with the physiology behind them, twice the in-race decision rules (10+ vs 5), and full km-by-km course-aware fuelling that times every carbohydrate and electrolyte top-up to the actual climbs in your race.

What if I want to stop using BELITE?

There's nothing to cancel. Your unused credits stay in your account indefinitely. If you want to delete your account entirely, contact us and we'll take care of it.

What sports do you support?

Road & gravel cycling (up to Gran Fondo), running & trail running (5K to marathon, plus ultra trail up to 175km), and triathlon (Sprint to Ironman 140.6).

Is this safe? Should I follow the plan exactly?

Our plans are built on established sports science, but every athlete is different. Always listen to your body on race day. If something doesn't feel right, ease off. BELITE plans are guidance — not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns.

Can I get a refund?

Since plans are generated instantly, we can't offer refunds on used credits. Unused credits remain in your account. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we'll make it right.

How are your models built?

Accepted Answer

Our AI models are built on top of the Claude family by Anthropic. We feed them structured prompts that encode peer-reviewed sports science formulas — pacing, nutrition, hydration, warm-up protocols — along with your personal data. The AI then generates a plan that applies these formulas to your specific situation. Every formula we use is published on our Sources page.
