Refund Policy

Digital Goods
BELITE sells credits that are redeemed to generate personalised race day plans. Plans are digital goods delivered instantly. Because digital content is delivered at the moment of generation, credits are consumed upon successful plan creation.
Unused Credits — 14-Day Refund Window
If you have purchased credits and have not yet used them to generate a plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, or once a credit has been used to generate a plan, no refund is available for that credit. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that plan generation constitutes immediate delivery of a digital good and consent to that delivery beginning at the moment of generation.
Exceptions
We will refund a credit in the following circumstances regardless of the 14-day window:
- A technical error on our side prevented the plan from being generated successfully.
- You were charged but no credits were added to your account.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@belite.app (update before launch) with:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of purchase
- A brief description of your reason
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
EU / UK Statutory Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase for digital content, unless you have given explicit consent for immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery. By completing a purchase and generating a plan you provide that consent. Unused credits remain refundable within the 14-day window as described above — this applies to all customers regardless of location.
